I am Gokulraj, a third-year Computer Science Engineering student. I attended the LeSuccess training program for one month. Through this session, I gained knowledge in both communication and technical skills. In terms of communication, I learned how to use formal language effectively and understand what behaviors to avoid in the workplace. On the technical side, I acquired valuable knowledge. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the technical sessions, as we spent an extended period covering the basics.

The 30-day technical and communicative training session was incredibly valuable. The program covers a wide range of topics that significantly enhanced both our technical expertise and communication skills. The communication session gets us through deep and interesting facts on how to improve our personality and it is also focused on certain topics like work-ethics, constructing a resume & self-introduction and Group discussion. In my point of view GD helps us to dive in much self-confidence and helped me reach out of my comfort zone. As of the technical training; Core Java, Groovy , JDBC and MySQL were taught and practised. Concepts were clear and understandable. The daily tasks and practise problems helped me to stay in touch and motivated me to do more problems. The only issue that I faced with the technical training is the short duration . According to me for an in-depth and detailed view of the session would be much better if the time period is extended. On the whole, it was an engaging and interesting session.

My overall feedback of the LeSuccess training is very great and it really helped a lot for my career and improving my skills. As a student from electronics department, I am really not much familiar with coding but this training has improved me a lot. The communication and aptitude classes were also really good and it was very much helpful to improve my vocabulary and mathematical skills. My most favourite part of the training was communication as I learnt many new things and many chances to interact with others and improve myself.

LeSuccess training was a game- changer for me. The technical training from scratch was very easy to understand the core concepts. Overall, we solved 200 problems, which helped in boosting our Java, SQL, and Groovy skills, and enhanced our problem- solving skills. Also, the Communication training helped me face my fear of public speaking, thanks to our fantastic trainer who guided and supported us throughout. His interview tips were incredibly valuable.
